About Our Practice

Texoma Orthotics and Prosthetics opened in January of 2013 in Lawton, Oklahoma and is privately owned and operated by Connie and Nicholas Chelenza. The business is conveniently located in the Lamplighter Plaza at 1915 W Gore Blvd Suite 1 in Lawton, OK. The facility is housed within 2,750 square feet of space and includes spacious patient treatment rooms, gait room with elevated floor, large prosthetic patient room with parallel bars, waiting and reception areas. We also have a separate suite (in the same building) that is equipped with a full service fabrication lab.
