Inclement Weather Policy

Inclement Weather Policy:

The safety of our patients, caregivers, our staff, our children, and families is our top priority. Therefore, our policy is that we will close our office if Lawton Public Schools (LPS) closes due to the weather and/or traveling conditions. We have young children who cannot attend daycare or school if LPS closes.

We will notify anyone with scheduled appointments of potential appointment cancellations/delays in advance, and will confirm any such cancellations/delays as soon as we know the status of LPS. Patients with cancelled appointments will be contacted upon reopening to reschedule ASAP.

*Please note that exceptions will be made to this policy if necessary - but it will be determined on a case by case basis.

We want to express our appreciation of your understanding of our policy, as we realize that closures and cancellations are an inconvenience to our patients and disruptive of the functions of our business.
